Chef Chi Le has been cooking for as long as she can remember. Her travels have taken her all around the world and allowed her to acquire an arsenal of diverse culinary techniques that she applies to her Traditional Vietnamese cooking. Her talent was first publicly recognized when she won the bragging rights of runner-up on the second season of Masterchef Vietnam. On the show, she showcased her knowledge of different foods and cultures while sticking to her traditional Vietnamese roots and flavours. Since her success on MasterChef, Chef Chi has published her debut cookbook "Modern Vietnamese Flavors" with two other books currently in the works as well as her first restaurant in Kitsilano in beautiful Vancouver, B.C.
